Workstations exist locally, remotely, and virtually. Manage and maintain ~40 of our macOS & Windows edit workstations using Apple Remote Desktop with assistance from IT. Work with Post-Production staff to continually streamline processes, and red flag issues before they occur. Work with the Post-Production leads in implementing our digital asset management strategy and archive workflow. Support ~40 users with daily tech Help Desk requests, encompassing Premiere issues, macOS errors related to video workflow, hardware malfunctions, and license transfers. Maintain effectiveness and reliability of our Post-Production ecosystem, which includes local/remote SAN & NAS storages and AWS storage, both S3 and Glacier, exceeding 3PB in capacity. This role is on location in our Los Angeles office, from 9am-6pm PT. Pay range is between $40.62/hr - $46.87/hr, depending on experience. Start date is ASAP and projected end date is Dec 31, 2023, with the possibility of extension. This role is a full-time contract term position.
